Trouble typeC7131: Toner supply motor/CK failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the motor, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Toner supply motor/CK (M5)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M5-BASEB CN13E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M5 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. M5 conduction check
    • Control signal: BASEB CN13E-5 to 8
    • Location of electrical component: 4-C
  4. Replace M5. (Part# A7PUM10700)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# A93EH02007)
