Trouble typeC7165: 1st transfer pressure motor failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the motor, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– 1st transfer pressure motor (M21)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M21-relay CN428-BASEB CN19E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M21 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. M21 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN19E-5 to 8
    • Location of electrical component: 2-K
  4. Replace M21.
  5. Replace BASEB.
