Trouble typeC7305: Paper cooling fan/in failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– Paper cooling fan/in (FM12)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM12-relay CN325-BASEB CN27E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM12 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM12 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN27E-4 (REM), BASEB CN27E-6 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 13-C
  4. Replace FM12.
  5. Replace BASEB.
