Trouble typeC7312: Toner suction fan failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– Toner suction fan (FM7)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM7-relay CN326-BASEB CN24E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM7 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM7 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN24E-4 (REM), BASEB CN24E-6 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 1-K
  4. Replace FM7.
  5. Replace BASEB.
