Trouble typeC7318: Machine internal cooling fan failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Machine internal cooling fan (FM25)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM25-relay CN402-BASEB CN1400E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM25 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM25 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN1400E-1 (REM), BASEB CN1400E-3 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 22-K
  4. Replace FM25. (Part# 9313130051)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# ACKNH02P03)
