Trouble typeC7319: Tacking fan/Rr failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Tacking fan/Rr (FM24)
-Expansion control board (EXCB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM24-relay CN404-relay CN403-relay CN401-EXCB CN8EX for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary.
  3. FM24 conduction check.
    • Control signal: EXCB CN8EX-11 (REM), EXCB CN8EX-13 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 21-X
  4. Replace FM24. (Part# A93EM10000)
  5. Replace EXCB. (Part# AA7NH00500)
