Trouble typeC7322: Paper cooling fan/out failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– Paper cooling fan/out (FM13)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM13-relay CN323-BASEB CN27E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM13 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM13 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN27E-10 (REM), BASEB CN27E-12 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 14-C
  4. Replace FM13.
  5. Replace BASEB.
