Trouble typeC7324: Ozone ventilation fan failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– Ozone ventilation fan (FM6)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM6-relay CN322-BASEB CN27E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM6 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM6 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN27E-7 (REM), BASEB CN27E-9 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 13-C
  4. Replace FM6.
  5. Replace BASEB.
