Trouble detection conditionThe fuse detection unit detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– Developing motor/K (M19)
– PC motor/K (M18)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. BASEB F9E conduction check.
  2. Check the connector between M19-BASEB CN10E, M1-BASEB CN13E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector between M18-BASEB CN10E, M1-BASEB CN13E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. M19 load check
    • Check code: 50
    • Multi code: 5, 6, 7, 8
    • Control signal: BASEB CN10E-15 to 19, BASEB CN13E-1, 3
    • Location of electrical component: 5-K
  5. Replace M19.
  6. M18 load check
    • Check code: 41
    • Multi code: 5, 6, 7, 8
    • Control signal: BASEB CN10E-8 to 13, BASEB CN13E-2, 4
    • Location of electrical component: 5-K
  7. Replace M18.
  8. Replace BASEB.
