Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Toner supply motor/YM (M4)
-Toner supply motor/CK (M5)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. BASEB F5E conduction check
  2. Check the connector between M4-BASEB CN13E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector between M5-BASEB CN13E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Replace M4. (Part# A7PUM10700
  5. Replace M5. (Part# A93E401000)
  6. Replace BASEB. (Part# A93EH02007)
