Trouble detection conditionThe fuse detection unit detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– ADU transport motor/1 (M31)
– ADU transport motor/2 (M32)
– Paper feed/transport drive board (PFTDB)

Procedure

  1. PFTDB F25 conduction check.
  2. Check the connector between M31-relay CN199-relay CN166A-PFTDB CN28 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector between M32-relay CN199-relay CN166A-PFTDB CN28 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. M31 load check
    • Check code: 85
    • Multi code: 1, 2, 3, 4
    • Control signal: PFTDB CN28-14 to 17
    • Location of electrical component: 4-P
  5. Replace M31.
  6. M32 load check
    • Check code: 85
    • Multi code: 5, 6, 7, 8
    • Control signal: PFTDB CN28-10 to 13
    • Location of electrical component: 3-P
  7. Replace M32.
  8. Replace PFTDB.
