Trouble typeC7622: Power line B2 error

Trouble detection conditionThe fuse detection unit detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– Bypass paper feed motor (M27)
– Paper feed motor (M22)
– Paper feed/transport drive board (PFTDB)

Procedure

  1. PFTDB F26 conduction check.
  2. Check the connector between M27-relay CN195B-PFTDB CN9 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check the connector between M22-PFTDB CN10 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. M27 load check
    • Check code: 28
    • Multi code: 1, 2, 3, 4
    • Control signal: PFTDB CN9-3 to 6
    • Location of electrical component: 17-P
  5. Replace M27.
  6. M22 load check
    • Check code: 28
    • Multi code: 5, 6, 7, 8
    • Control signal: PFTDB CN10-1 to 4
    • Location of electrical component: 18-P
  7. Replace M22.
  8. Replace PFTDB.
