Trouble typeC7631: Supply power line 1 error

Trouble detection conditionAll of the fuse detection units of the same supply power line (24V11) detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– DC power supply unit/1 (DCPU/1)
– Paper feed/transport drive board (PFTDB)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. BASEB F5E, F6E, F7E, F16E conduction check.
  2. PFTDB F21, F22, F23, F24, F40, F41, F42 conduction check
  3. Check the connector between DCPU/1 CN6-BASEB CN20E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between DCPU/1 CN6-PFTDB CN22 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Replace BASEB.
  6. Replace PFTDB.
  7. Replace DCPU/1.
