Trouble typeC7633: Supply power line 3 error

Trouble detection conditionAll of the fuse detection units of the same supply power line (24V21) detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– DC power supply unit/1 (DCPU/1)
– Paper feed/transport drive board (PFTDB)
– PH relay board (PHRYB)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. BASEB F9E, F11E, F12E, F13E conduction check.
  2. PFTDB F25, F26, F27, F28, F29, F30, F31 conduction check
  3. Check the connector between DCPU/1 CN6-BASEB CN14E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between DCPU/1 CN6-PFTDB CN427 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Check the connector between DCPU/1 CN6-PHRYB CN2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  6. Replace BASEB.
  7. Replace PFTDB.
  8. Replace PHRYB.
  9. Replace DCPU/1.
