Trouble detection conditionThe average output value of the CCD sensor with the scanner at its standby position is a predetermined value or more at the end of a scan job.

• CCD board (CCDB) 
• Scanner drive board (SCDB) 
• MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Correct the harness connection between SCDB CN3-LU201 if faulty.
  2. Check the connector between SCDB CN2-MFPB CN12E for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub 368/308)
  3. Check the connector between SCDB CN2-MFPB CN6E for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub 558/458)
  4. Check the connector between CCDB CN3-MFPB CN1 for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub 368/308)
  5. Check the connector between CCDB PJ3-MFPB CN9 for proper connection and correct as necessary. (bizhub 558/458)
  6. Replace the LED exposure unit. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458) (Part# A7PUR71000)
  7. Replace CCDB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458) (Part# A7PUR70100)
  8. Replace SCDB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458) (Part# A7PUH01A01)
  9. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458) (558 Part# A9HGH02102 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 Part# A9HJH02102)
