Procedure
- Check the back side scanning shading shaft for any stain, and clean up it as necessary.
- Check that the bushing of the back side glass cleaning roller unit is on the standby position.
- Correct the harness connection between CIS CN2-BASEB CN5 if faulty.
- Correct the harness connection between CIS CN1-CISPU CN2 if faulty.
- Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
- Measure the voltage of CISPU CN1-2.
- Control signal: CISPU CN1-2 (DC12V)
- Location of electrical component: DF 4-I
- Measure the voltage of CIS CN1-1, CN1-2 and CN1-5.
- Control signal: CIS CN1-1 (DC5V), CIS CN1-2 (DC5V), CIS CN1-5 (DC12V)
- Location of electrical component: DF 5-I
- For any abnormality in the measurement result, replace the CIS cable.
- Replace CIS. (Part# AAMPR70100)
- Replace CISPU. (Part# A3CKH00200)
- Replace CPUB. (C650i Part# AA7NH02P03 / C550i Part# AA7PH02P01 / C450i Part# AA7RH02P02)
- Replace BASEB. (Part# AA7NH02102)
