Trouble detection conditionThe cable between the CCD board (CCDB) and the base board (BASEB) is break.
Trouble isolationScanner
Relevant electrical parts– CCD unit
– CPU board (CPUB)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Correct the cable connection between CCDB CN2-BASEB CN6 if faulty.
  2. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  3. Replace the CCD unit.
  4. Replace CPUB.
  5. Replace BASEB.
