Trouble typeCC002: Vendor internal error

Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-VendorCPU board (CPUB)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Turn OFF the main power switch and unplug the power cord. Connect the power cord after 10 sec. or more, and turn ON the main power switch.
  2. Check the connector between the vendor-BASEB CN30E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  4. Replace CPUB. (Part# ACTAH01003)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# ACTAH02014)
  6. Replace the vendor. (Please contact KM for questions about replacement)
