Trouble detection conditionThe error in save of job data to the memory/ hard disk and its read error are detected.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-MFP board (MFPB)
-Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
-Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between hard disk (A)-MFPB CN8, CN10 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector between hard disk (B)-MFPB CN7, CN11 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  3. Carry out the [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Format].
  4. Replace the hard disk. (HDD (A) Part# A5C1M72H00 / HDD (B) Part# A2X0M72C00)
  5. Replace MFPB. (Part# A8JEH02002)
