Trouble typeCD271: i-Option activated and additional memory not installed

Trouble detection conditionWhile the i-Option is activated, the additional memory is not installed.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• Memory board 2 (MEMB/2) (bizhub 368/308: UK-211, bizhub 558/458: standard)

Procedure

  1. Check MEMB/2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace MEMB/2. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)
  3. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)(558 Part# A9HGH02102 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 Part# A9HJH02102)
