Trouble typeCD272: i-Option activated and additional memory and HDD not installed

Trouble detection conditionWhile the i-Option is activated, the additional memory and the HDD are not installed.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
• Memory board 2 (MEMB/2) (bizhub 368/308: UK-211, bizhub 558/458: standard)

Procedure

  1. Check MEMB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Access [Service Mode] -> [System 2] -> [HDD] and check to see if Installed is selected.
  3. Replace MEMB/2. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)
  4. Replace the hard disk (A). (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458) (HDD(A) 558/458/368/308 Part# A5C1M72H00 / HDD (B) Part# A2X0M72C00)
  5. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458)(558 Part# A9HGH02102 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 Part# A9HJH02102)
