Trouble detection conditionWhile the i-Option is activated, the memory on an MFPB cannot be recognized.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical partsMFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

  1. Check MFPB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace MFPB. (C458 Part# A79MH02102 / C558 or C658 Part # A79JH02102)
