Procedure
- Check DIMM for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Access [Service Mode] -> [System 2] -> [HDD] and check to see if Installed is selected.
- Replace the DIMM. (Contact Konica Minolta technical support if this needs to be replaced.)
- Replace the hard disk. (Part# A5C1M72H00)
- Replace MFPB. (Part# A797H02118)
