Trouble typeCD3B4: No DB definition file

Trouble detection conditionCD3B4: When starting the MFP, SQL DB definition file does not exist in PostgreSQL server startup processing.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• CPU board (CPUB) 
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check CPUB for proper installation and correct as necessary.
  2. Rewrite the firmware.
  3. Replace CPUB. CPUB (Part# A93EH01004)
  4. Replace BASEB. BASEB (Part# A93EH02007)
