Trouble detection conditionCommunication error is detected between the MFP board (MFPB) and the dual scan image processing board (DSIPB).
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• MFP board (MFPB)
• Dual scan image processing board (DSIPB; DF-704)

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between MFPB CN22-DSIPB CN01 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Rewrite the firmware.
  3. Replace DSIPB. (Part# A7PUH02123)
  4. Replace MFPB. (Part# A7PUH02123)
