Procedure
- Turn OFF and ON the main power switch.
- Check the connector between hard disk (A)-MFPB CN8, CN10 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector between hard disk (B)-MFPB CN7, CN11 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Check the connector from eMMCB to MFPB for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Select [Service Mode] -> [State Confirmation] -> [Memory/Storage Adjustment] -> [Format] -> [Logical Format] and perform the function.
- Replace the hard disk. (HDD (A) Part# A5C1M72H00 / HDD (B) Part# A2X0M72C00)
- If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact KM.
