Trouble typeC7315: Fusing edge cooling fan/Fr failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts-Fusing edge cooling fan/Fr (FM21)
-Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM21-relay CN162-relay CN161-BASEB CN22E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM21 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM21 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN22E-13 (REM), BASEB CN22E-15 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 12-C
  4. Replace FM21. (Part# AA7NM10H00)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# ACV7H02101)
