Trouble typeC2650: Main backup media access 1 error

Trouble detection condition• The re-written data, which has been read out, checked and founded as error, is read out again and found as error.
• The error was found when reading out the counter value.
• The main body detects that the back up board is not mounted.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical partsBack up board/1 (ERB/1)

 Procedure

  1. Check the connector between ERB-MFPB CN5E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Replace MFPB. (Part# A796H02003)
  3. Replace ERB. (ERB/1 Part# A796H00C00)
  4. If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact KM.
