Trouble typeC760D: Power line A13 error

Trouble detection conditionThe fuse detection unit detected an error for a predetermined time.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• DF control board (DFCB)
• Scanner drive board (SCDB)
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. BASEB F14E conduction check
  2. BASEB F15E conduction check
  3. Check the connector between SCDB CN1-BASEB CN7E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  4. Check the connector between DFCB J21-relay CN2DF-BASEB CN9E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  5. Replace SCDB. (Part# AA2JH01A00)
  6. Replace DFCB. (DF-632 Part# AAYHPP0200 / DF-714 Part# AAMNPP4901)
  7. Replace BASEB. (Part# AA2JH02005)
