Trouble type	C0202: Tray 1 feeder up/down abnormality

Trouble detection condition	The tray 1 upper limit sensor (PS6) is not turned ON (blocked) even after the set period of time has elapsed after the paper lift-up operation for the drawer began.
Trouble isolation	Tray 1
Relevant electrical parts	• Tray 1 upper limit sensor (PS6) • Tray 1 lift-up motor (M6) • Paper feed/transport drive board (PFTDB) • MFP board (MFPB)

 Procedure

1. Remove the tray and check to see if a piece of paper is not left inside the machine.
2. Check the connector between M6-PFTDB CN25 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
3. Check the connector of M6 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
4. Check the connector between PS6-relay CN145-PFTDB CN14 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
5. PS6 I/O check, sensor check
   • Control signal: PFTDB CN14-3 (ON)
   • Location of electrical component: 1-P
6. M6 operation check
   • Control signal: PFTDB CN25-10 to 11
   • Location of electrical component: 2-X
7. Replace M6. (Part# A2X0M12001)
8. PFTDB F10 conduction check
9. Replace PFTDB. (Part# A796H00200)
10. Replace MFPB. (Part# A796H02003)
