Procedure
- Clean the connection between the drum unit and the machine if dirty.
- Reinstall the drum unit/K.
- Check the connector between the drum unit-relay CN13-MFPB CN17E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
- Replace the drum unit/K. (Part# A7Y00RD)
- Replace MFPB. (Part# A7AHH0201D)
