Trouble typeC7107: ADU transport motor failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the motor, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts• ADU transport motor (M5)
• Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between M5-relay CN86-BASEB CN18E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of M5 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. M5 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN18E-7 to 10
    • Location of electrical component: 5-C
  4. Replace M5. (Part# AA2JM10300)
  5. Replace BASEB. (Part# AA2JH02005)
