Trouble typeC7301: DC power supply cooling fan failure

Trouble detection conditionAfter starting the fan, an error is detected for the malfunction detection signal.
Trouble isolation–
Relevant electrical parts– DC power supply cooling fan (FM9)
– Base board (BASEB)

Procedure

  1. Check the connector between FM9-relay CN333-BASEB CN23E for proper connection and correct as necessary.
  2. Check the connector of FM9 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
  3. FM9 conduction check.
    • Control signal: BASEB CN23E-7 (REM), BASEB CN23E-9 (LOCK)
    • Location of electrical component: 9-K
  4. Replace FM9.
  5. Replace BASEB.
