Trouble type	CD002: JOB RAM save error

Trouble detection condition	The error in save of job data to the memory/ hard disk and its read error are detected.
Trouble isolation	–
Relevant electrical parts	• MFP board (MFPB) • Hard disk (A) (HDD (A)) • Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)

Procedure

1. Check the connector between hard disk (A)-MFPB CN20, CN26 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2. Check the connector between hard disk (B)-MFPB CN7, CN27 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
3. Format the hard disk.
4. Replace the hard disk. (HDD (A) (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458) / HDD (B)) (HDD(A) 558/458/368/308 Part# A5C1M72H00 / HDD (B) Part# A2X0M72C00)
5. Replace MFPB. (bizhub 368/308 / bizhub 558/458) (558 Part# A9HGH02102368 / 458 Part# A9HHH02102 / 368/308 (Part# A9HJH02102)
